Wrought Iron Metal Victorian Gate Repair & With New Arch
Holland Park, London W8

The house owner wanted this lovely Victorian Gate widened and a new arch made that would be in keeping with it. We took the gate to our workshop (leaving a temporary one in its place), shot blasted it so the metal was clean, then added a new section along with a new journal and pin, so that it would open and close smoothly, as well as an additional ornate backstay, cast up to match the original. We then fabricated the arch, painted everything black, and took everything to site and fitted the gate and arch in place – all perfectly in keeping with the owner’s lovely home.
